The ending is not that dramatic... Needs more movement.
Otherwise, this is a good movie.
Lets start with the beginning. I don't think that agent would be that blind to not see Kage walking towards at him with a gun and how does anyone smoke in the rain? Speaking of the rain I think you should try to make them all in one straight line in the same diagnol angle and a little thinner.
Okay and also another blind man at the entrace, he could have obviously seen Kage's feet atleast lol. Troll face and zombie face man was pretty cool I guess. Some parts are missing sounds like when Kage smashed an agent to a wall. But overall I guess it awesome for you level.
And yet again the ending is too OBVIOUS. Try something new dude I seen many animations where the main killer dies in the end but I guess you might do that in Mafia madness 4. Physics still need work though.
